About

I approach my work with adults and teens with warmth, humor, and compassion. My goal is to support you in moving toward what is most important to you in your life. I use a variety of evidence-based treatments in my work including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure/Response Prevention (E/RP), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Harm Reduction/Relapse Prevention, and Behavioral Activation.

I have 10+ years of experience providing therapy to teens and adults in multiple settings. I work with people who are seeking help for a variety of reasons such as anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, life transitions, and gender-affirming care. I use a strengths-based approach and collaborate with you to develop a plan to help you move toward your goals.

I also conduct IQ testing for students for gifted programming and school planning purposes. You can click on Services to access a link to check my availability and schedule online.
